Q. Why do I get "permission denied" errors when I try to compile my program?
A. This is particular to BSD systems. There are two fixes:
1) use "cd .", then run make again
2) use "gmake" instead of "make"

Q. How can I get help if one of my programs isn't working as it should?
A. We have an excellent ticket system through our billing site for when you can't find an answer any other way.

Q. Can you setup my bot/bouncer/ircd/services/bopm/etc for me? I just can not figure it out.
A. We do have persons that can handle the setup of those for you, at an additional charge.

Q. Why can't I connect to your server using the tor, or other, proxy system?
A. We have tor, and other, proxy servers firewalled due to their excessive abuse over IRC.

Q. Can I have a shell for advertising your company on IRC?
A.Advertiser requirements:
  • A minimum of 10USD per month in new referrals for each account.
  • Advertiser must maintain minimum 30USD in active referrals after third month to keep account open.
  • Advertiser accounts do not get technical support for programs (bots, bouncers, or other IRC clients), only support for server issues.
